Updates on the Ynaros Fallin mass production

Dear Shamans of Ynaros,

Thank you for your patience and support on this exciting journey. We have some important updates for you :)

After extensive collaboration with our manufacturer, the miniatures now look great. They are currently making minor adjustments to the mold to ensure the connection between the mask and the mini is just right—not too tight or too loose. This process will take a few weeks.

In the meantime, all cardboard, paper, and plastic components of the game have been approved, so mass production will proceed quickly.

Additionally, we have successfully translated the main rulebook, appendix, and Dark Adventure expansion rulebook into Italian, as promised. You can download them (once approved by BGG admin) from our BGG page in the files section. https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/357172/ynaros-fallin

While finalizing the minis mold, we are also translating all the rulebooks into French to expand our language coverage.

We will update you once the minis molding is complete, as that will allow us to begin mass production.

The process is taking longer than we hoped, especially since this is our first project and we had to learn as we went. We understand your impatience to receive your copy of Ynaros Fallin, and we sincerely appreciate your immense patience, which motivates us to keep moving forward.

Mass production triggered

Dear all,

it has been a month of intense exchange with the manufacturing company. We are happy to share that now all the files have been finalized, all the component tested and verified by us, and now we just have been added to the  the mass production cue.

As the the cue will move forward, we will provide you more precise updates on the timeline, but we are confident that we should be able to tell you something more precise during this month.

In the meantime we have another great update: we finish to translate all the rulebooks for main game and expansion in Italian and soon we will load it in the  Boardgamegeek page of Ynaros Fallin. By the end of the month, we will have the french translation too, as we promised during our campaign :)

There are 2 more very big surprises that will benefit all of you, but we will keep it for the next update.

Don't forget that Ynaros Fallin is already available in Board Game Arena if you want to play it digitally while waiting for the physical copy.

Closing pledge manager (in 1 week), Test-production triggered and expansion cards part 1

Dear Shamans,

as we are finalizing our timeline, the pledge manager will be closing in 1 week frmo now (27th June). There is still 12% of you that didn't complete their survey. Please complete it in time to not run in issues with the shipping.

On our side, we have been working hard to finalize all the printing files, which now are ready!

We will be receiving a refund print test copy to verify that all the materials and graphical details are correct and of great quality. We will be checking as well the plug mechanisms of the miniature's masks, as we want to provide you with a perfect game experience.

We will keep you posted about this process, but we expect with high probability to have already a perfect print test copy, so that mass-production can start.

Just a heads up - we're putting in the work to make sure all our print files are top-notch before we start making a bunch of copies :)

It's all about carefully checking, being patient, putting in the effort, and taking the time to make sure everything is perfect. But trust me, it'll all be worth it in the end. Our goal is to give you a game that's not just good, but absolutely awesome!

But that's not all... While developing the "Shape your Path" and "Glory Seeker" mini-expansions, we have decided to offer you the opportunity to personalize your experience. We have introduced a versatile Bicolor Shadow Card (bottom left) for you to bestow the specific power you desire (which is present on the 2 small Bicolor Shadow Cards on top left), and a customizable Mission Card (top right) for you to create your own Mission Objective (which is present on the 2 small Mission  Cards on bottom right).
